Blogging Muses is entering it’s ninth month of existence. It has been pretty exciting to see how much it has grown – both in visitors and in the sheer number of articles on the site.

We’re starting to get lots of visitors and newsletter subscribers from the search engines. This is also helping the site grow.

But it’s not solely about numbers. MOST IMPORTANT is that we provide useful information to songwriters. We have had some wonderful contributions to the site from remarkable songwriters. Jeff Oxenford (JeffSongwriting.com), Paul King (NashvilleHype.com), Ryan Michael Galloway (RyanRocks.com), Alan Hylands (SongwritingForums.com), Janet Fisher (GoodNightKiss.com), Nate Campany (natecampany.com), Cliff Goldmacher (CliffGoldmacher.com), and June Neira at (BMI).

With humans, 9 months is about the amount of time it takes for a fetus to gestate. With Blogging Muses, the site has definitely grown in similar fashion. It still has some basic functions that need to be developed, but everything about it to date looks healthy and positive.

We have many new and useful songwriting tips and features planned after we finish our ninth month – so we can’t wait to smack Blogging Muses on the ass and watch it take it’s first breath on it’s own.

Anyways … I digress …
